Ready to sell your home and start your next chapter?

Selling a home is both a major life event and one of the largest financial transactions most people will make. It often coincides with significant life changes—downsizing, retirement, moving closer to family and friends, a new job, or graduation. With many decisions and details to coordinate, selling a home can feel overwhelming.

My role is to be that guide.

Professionally staged living room with natural light in an Amherst, MA home sold by Rhonda Cohen.

Selling a home involves coordinating many moving parts—from preparing your home for the market to pricing, marketing, and negotiating the sale.

A successful home sale begins with understanding your goals, evaluating the market, and developing a plan tailored to your home. This includes identifying what makes your home stand out, determining how best to present it to buyers, considering the timing of the sale, and developing a pricing strategy.
